A lovely book, written by Bill Gillham, a regular visitor to Paris for many years. Instead of concentrating on the
usual Paris attractions, he looks at 17 of his favourite Paris quartiers, with suggestions for places to stay,
interesting places to shop and eat, museums and gardens to visit, and tips for getting around the City. I highly
recommend this.
Parisian Chic: A Style Guide by Ines de la Fressange
Model Inès de la Fressange tells how Parisian women live and dress with style and charm. Her
experience in the fashion industry enables her to give tips on how to dress like a Parisian, including how to
mix affordable basics with high-fashion touches and accessories.
