Paris Tourist Attractions - Top 20

Here you can find information about some of the major attractions in Paris. We start with the Top 20 museums and monuments, in terms of the number of visitors they received in 2008, according to the Paris Office of Tourism.

I must say that I was more than surprised to see that the Eiffel Tower did not come top of the list.

8  – Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Médaille miraculeuse
9  – Arc de Triomphe
10 – Musée du Quai-Branly
11 – Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle
12 – Musée de l’Armée
13 – Sainte-Chapelle
14 – Musée Grévin
15 – Institut du monde arabe
16 – Musée national Rodin
17 – Musée de l’Orangerie
18 – Petit Palais – Musée des Beaux-Arts de la Ville de Paris
19 – Tour Montparnasse
20 – Panthéon


There are many other things to do and see in Paris. If you have only a limited time for your visit, it makes sense to concentrate on some of the attractions listed above in the Top 20.
